Tuesday, April 20, 2010 00:59 - At 0059hrs on 4/20/10 Station 13, Rescue & Engine 11, Engine 25, RIT 20, Delaware County Engine 39 & Ladder 68, Ambulance A-22, and NCC Medic 4A were dispatched to a working house fire at 180 Honeywell Drive in Radnor Woods Claymont.Chief 13-8 went on scene at 0103hrs reporting a 2 story residential with fire showing. 13-8 established Claymont Command and requested Delaware County Engine 63. Rescue 11 (under the command of Deputy 11) and Engine 11-5 (under the command of FF Turcol) arrived and assisted with overhaul and fire suppression of spot fires in the walls. At 0156hrs Claymont Command placed the scene under control with units working. Ambulance A-11 was requested to transport one injured firefighter. Rescue 11 and Engine 11-5 cleared the scene at 0300hrs.
